Malus was established in 2013 and has been making fermented ginger beer the traditional way, by fermenting. I use raw NW honey, lemon and cold pressed ginger juice. This is the only fermented ginger beer in Seattle. I take a holistic approach to making products. NEVER using any refined sugars and using truly healthy ingredients.
